Sking Death Trial

In Colorado, NPR's Mark Roberts reports that the trial of a skier who killed a in a ski-slope collision begins today. The skier is being charged with manslaughter, and experts involved with the case believe it could set legal precedent, since it would be the first time criminal recklessness statutes are being applied to a skiing accident.
