Noah talks to NPR's Andy Bowers in Albuquerque about the ballot count in New Mexico, where the as-yet incomplete tally is looking a lot like the one in Florida. The numbers now barely separate the candidates, after election night results looked much more certain, with Al Gore leading by about ten-thousand votes. And a controversy about missing ballots is brewing.
