House and Senate

NPR's Julie Rovner reports on the paper-thin margin the Republicans maintained in the House and Senate. Congressional leaders, who are still coping with unfinished government spending bills, are beginning to talk about how they'll manage with an even tighter Republican/Democratic split. In the Senate, with one race still to be settled, the balance could be 50-50.
