Death and Exercise

NPR's Joanne Silberner reports on a new study of exercise and sudden death from cardiac arrest. Harvard researchers found that being in good physical shape does not necessarily protect people from having cardiac arrest. But doctors warn that the results shouldn't be used to excuse a sedentary lifestyle.
