A Thing Called The Divine Fits and IPR's Java Blend

Kendall McCabe / IPR

The band, Divine Fits, has been billed as an indie rock super group. The band was co-founded by Britt Daniel, most famous as the frontman for the band Spoon, and Canadian Rocker Dan Boeckner, of the bands Wolf Parade and Handsome Furs. Last year they released their first album, “A Thing Called Divine Fits.”

In the second part of the program, the music continues! The host of IPR's "Java Blend", Ben Kieffer, shares his experiences over the years, interviewing musicians from Iowa and across the country.

Charity Nebbe is the host of IPR's Talk of Iowa
