The holidays bring families together and sometimes that can cause stress.  In fact, navigating family togetherness when hurt and dysfunction abounds can seem impossible.

Host Charity Nebbe sits down with Jacob Priestfrom the Couple and Family Therapy Program at the University of Iowa,  substance abuse counselor Steve Steine from behavioral health agency Mecca, and psychiatrist Dr. Loren Olson of United Community Services. They discuss how to survive family gatherings during the holidays.
