PAGBRAI, the Paddlers Annual Great Boat Rides Across Iowa makes its maiden voyage Friday. The inaugural float will shove off for three days of Winnebago River traveling in North Central Iowa. It will run from Leland to Mason City. This is part of a documentary movie production, entitled "River Riders ", which will premiere at the Iowa Independent Film Festival in October.
