Iowa's biodiversity

Jul 23, 2010

Iowa is one of the most transformed landscapes in the country. We talk about what that transformation has meant for the state's biodiversity. We'll hear about efforts to preserve the varied genetic material in both domesticated and wild, plant and animal species. Guests include Shanyn Siegel and Tom Wahlberg from Seed Savers Exchange in Decorah, Bruce Ehrsman from the Iowa DNR and Tom Rosburg from Drake University.
