Thomas Frank, a cultural columnist for Salon, says that President Obama’s legacy might be more about what he didn’t do when he was in office.
“People who defend the President, do so on the basis that the President is basically powerless,” Frank says.
In this River to River interview with host Ben Kieffer, Frank reflects on Obama’s presidency and looks forward to 2016. Frank will be speaking tonight at the University of Iowa’s Main Library at 7:00 p.m. Find more information about his lecture, “What’s the Matter with Liberals,” here.
